I've spent eleven years in people and organisational development, the last five of them coaching one-on-one from a small studio in Ikeja GRA. HavenWell is deliberately small: I keep around fifteen active clients so every session gets real preparation.

Most people arrive with a decision they've been circling for months — a role, a move, a relationship, a business they can't tell is working. We don't do worksheets. We talk clearly, name what's actually happening, and pick the next honest step.

Sessions run in the studio with tea, or online if Lagos traffic says otherwise. Everything around the session — confirmation, reminders, rescheduling — is automated so that our time together stays about the work.
